Long night for S.B. County All-Stars

RANCHO CUCAMONGA • The Riverside County All-Stars dominated the San Bernardino County All-Stars 38-7 on Saturday night in the 24th annual Inland Empire All-Star Football Classic.

San Bernardino County didn’t score until the final minutes of the game, which was held at Los Osos High School.

Granite Hills tight end Larry Johnson caught two passes for 15 yards for San Bernardino County. It marked the first appearance for a Cougars player in the Inland Empire All-Star Football Classic.

Serrano defensive lineman Kevin Pope was a team captain for the SBC All-Stars. Hesperia quarterback Ian Harriman also played for San Bernardino County, as did Silver Valley defensive lineman Joseph Pitre.
