APPLE VALLEY CHRISTIAN 3, EXCELSIOR 2: At Apple Valley, the Warriors beat the Eagles in their final regular season game.
Amber Dondelinger went 1-for-2 with an RBI and two stolen bases for Apple Valley Christian (7-12, 5-7 AL), and Jacko Brynes stole home in the fourth to score the go-ahead run. Nikki McMican relieved in the fourth and kept the Eagles hitless and scoreless, striking out five batters.
McKenna Poole had an RBI-single for Excelsior.
Excelsior head coach Stephani Poole said she and assistant coach Jennifer Hendriks are proud of how much the Eagles have improved.

In the first game, Gabbie Bartkowski hit two home runs and drove in seven RBIs, and Amber Lopatriello went 2-for-3 with a triple for AAE (11-11, 7-5 AL).
Bartkowski blasted another homer in the second game, while Lopatriello also homered.
