A tractor operator digs to uncover a water pipe valve needing adjustment on Mountain View Street and Muriel Drive, according to Golden State employees at the site. The valve adjustment is one of many the company performed along the street. In the process of digging up the valve, workers accidentally hit an improperly marked water line but were able to quickly contain the leak.
