Liquor store robber still at large

APPLE VALLEY • The man who robbed an Apple Valley liquor store on Saturday is still at large.

At approximately 7:30 p.m., a black male entered N & A Liquor Market on Outer Bear Valley Road, pulled out a handgun and demanded money from the cashier, according to Sgt. Jason Cunningham with the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Apple Valley station.

The clerk gave the robber an undisclosed amount of money, and the robber ran north up a dirt road.

Detectives are still investigating the case and have not yet located a suspect, according to Cunningham.

Anyone with information on the suspect should call sheriff’s dispatch at (760) 245-4211 or WeTip at (800) 78-CRIME.
