Local band to perform benefit show

Proceeds to go to family of deceased musician

BARSTOW • Local band Chrysalis, along with guests Yearn For Lechery and Amarex, will perform a benefit show for fallen musician and tour mate Jeff Davis at Gustos on Main Street Friday.

Davis, 24, was the lead singer of San Diego-based Lindbergh Skies, which had performed several shows in Barstow. Friends say that playing music was his favorite thing to do.

All proceeds from the show will go to Davis’ family to help pay for funeral expenses. Admission is $5 and the show starts at 9 p.m., with doors opening at 8 p.m. Gustos is located at 25603 Main St. For more information, contact Billy Norris at (760) 887-4317.
