Three injured in two-van collision

Officer Joe Silva of the Barstow Police Department directs traffic around a two-van crash at the intersection of Barstow Road and Virginia Way Monday morning. Three people were injured, according to Silva. The victims were treated for minor injuries at the scene.

A towing truck moved the white Dodge minivan (center) from the intersection at 10:35 a.m. while the other vehicle involved, a 15-passenger Victorville Medical Transportation van (not visible), was stalled off the road underneath the Mojave River Valley Museum sign.
