Kerri Tuttle named planning commissioner

Ramos' appointment approved Tuesday

SAN BERNARDINO • The San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors approved Kerri Tuttle as the new Third District planning commissioner Tuesday, according to a news release.

Tuttle joins four others on the Planning Commission who will oversee the development of San Bernardino County, including Barstow and Lucerne Valley.

“Ms. Tuttle has a wealth of professional and educational experience in planning and land use procedures,” Ramos said in a prepared statement. “I believe she will bring valuable contributions to the Commission.”

Tuttle has more than 15 years of professional experience in development and land-use issues. She recently assisted the Bureau of Land Management with getting an emergency land lease proposal through the permitting processes, according to the news release.

The next scheduled Planning Commission meeting is scheduled for Feb. 21. Meetings start at 9 a.m. at 385 North Arrowhead Avenue in San Bernardino on the first floor of the Covington Chambers.
