Can't get needed college courses?

Receiving Pell Grant money or other forms of financial aid and then dropping out of college has become a troubling trend amongst students, making it difficult for serious students to succeed.

Are you a community college or trade school student on financial aid who has dreams of attending a university or finding a career but can’t get into the required courses or be considered a “full-time” student?
