First local baby of New Year arrives

The first baby born in the High Desert in 2013 arrived at 3:12 a.m.
Markisha McGeilberry, of San Bernardino, gave birth to a 5-pound, 10- ounce boy named C-Mari Amire Jones at Victor Valley Community Hospital. The baby has dark eyes and dark hair. This is the fourth baby for McGeilberry. All are boys.
